The audition for WWAD 2022 is scheduled on Saturday, 12th November, 2022 at The Heritage School, East Kolkata Township. WWAD Auditions provides you an opportunity to showcase your talent in front of professionals and subject master.
You can register as an individual or institution, while each institution can register up to 15 participants.
Please fill the form responsibly with correct and sufficient details. The details provided by you will assist the jury during the audition, and will remain confidential, and will be used only for the purpose of communication and sharing.

The age criteria for participation will be 10 to 45 years (as on 1st November 2022 - either 10th year beginning or completing 45 years).
A Disability certificate or disability card or certificate issued by a certified rehabilitation professional is mandatory.
Participants must carry hard copies of all documents submitted during registration and their identity proof on the day of the audition, and show them to the organizers as and when required.
The participants must have a valid registration ID issued by AIMS Media during the audition.
There will be two rounds in the audition, the participants who clear the first round will proceed to the second round and if required, the third round will be carried out.
The participants must reach the audition venue 30 minutes before the audition time. The process of audition will start at 8:30 am and will take around 7-8 hours for the final selection process to be over.
On the day of the audition each participant will receive a certificate of participation and a goodie bag containing a T-shirt, refreshment box and a souvenir.
The audition venue will implement social distancing and other measures as per the Government of India guidelines in the current scenario of the Covid-19 protocol to ensure the health and safety of the participants.
The participants are also required to adhere to the COVID protocol and maintain Social Distancing and hygiene to ensure their own safety and health and that of their fellow participants.
In case of multiple registrations made by an applicant, the Organizer will only consider the first completed registration form as the final registration.
In case of sharing of incorrect/false information, the Organizer shall have full right to terminate/cancel/reject the participant/registration/application for/from the audition.
The result of the auditions will be based solely on the performance quality irrespective of the nature of disability of the person, it’s purely dependent on how the person performs and the talent the participant carries during the audition as decided by the panel of judges of the show. No dispute regarding the participation/rejection/broadcast or rights of the participants will be entertained at any point in time.
Organizers will not tolerate any kind of abuse/violence and illegal/immoral acts and in this case the participant/or the person associated with the participant will request you to leave the venue with immediate effect.
As per The Heritage School Policy - Contestants/participants and their families are requested not to bring any non-vegetarian food on the day of audition.
The selection criteria will be fair / unbiased which has been prepared under the leadership of various experts from the field of disabilities, and skilled professionals from the fashion and textile industry, hence it's not subjected to be challenged by any participant or persons concerned, however the participant can request for another opportunity - which will again be subjected to a jury decision solely.
The participants and their families have to abide by the rules, regulations and policies framed by the organizer so that the event runs in a professional manner without any hindrance. The Organizer may modify the rules, regulations and policies made thereunder if necessary.
The contestants/participants and their respective person will have to make their own arrangements for transportation, accommodation and food during their stay in Kolkata for the auditions and finale.
The 30 finalists selected will have to commit to stay in Kolkata till the finale. The auditions will be followed by careful training by professional choreographers, fashion designers, stylists and make-up artists; and during this time the decision of the Organizers will be final and binding on the Participant.
Participants will have to prepare a maximum of 1 minute performance for the audition and must bring their own USB drive with their favorite music. The participants have to show their attitude and confidence mainly by their own style, walk or any other special performance and have to attract the attention of the esteemed jury.
The participants and the persons concerned are humbly advised to please bring their own medicines, make-up, dress and other essentials whether it is food, water or anything.
The participants and their accompanying persons are requested to take care of themselves and their belongings, the organizers will not be responsible for any damage, loss or any kind of physical or mental damage or injury that may occur during the course of the event.
